Litter pricing changes over time. Dobermans have specific challenges and they are addressed here.

We can start releasing puppies to their new homes at 8 weeks. So we have a price for the 8 week no ear crop released puppy. Customers can then use a local ear cropping doctor or stay natural, they choose.

Ear crops add significant expense to the young puppy. We travel hours to the best Ear Cropping specialist in Florida.  Weekly follow ups are required and we travel 2-3 more times until ears are healed and initial postings are completed. We can release the puppy to customers during this period, after healing. They can follow up with same doctor or use their own for posting, and followup.

Puppies with completed ears, well into posting stage, no more followups required, are old enough to start basic training, and these are the puppies that command the premium price.

  • Uncropped Puppy

    Usually about 8 weeks, buyer can crop at their doctor or go natural.

  • Cropped Puppy

    Ears cropped then delivered to buyer for followup.

    $3800
  • Crop and Posted

    Cropped Puppy, followup done, in posting stage.

    $4000

After ear cropping is healed, and posting is well on the way, any puppies at this stage are starting basic training. The amount of training as well as other features that the puppy may exhibit, will affect the after crop pricing on case by case basis.
